Alizé Capital is registered both as a Portfolio Manager and as a Derivatives Portfolio Manager (options) with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in the province of Québec. The Firm is duly incorporated under the Loi sur les sociétés par actions du Québec.
As a portfolio manager, Alizé Capital publishes the Relationship Disclosure Information Document in order to present its clients with all the information that a reasonable investor would consider important. This document describes the Client-Firm relationship. It details the services offered by the Firm, the different risks encountered, the fees, the reporting, the regulations and the investment process, the potential conflicts of interest and how they are managed, the complaint process, as well as disclosing any other information useful to the client.
This document is presented to the Client when an account is opened. The most recent version of the document is available at all time on the Firm’s website. The Firm will provide the clients with an updated version when substantial modifications will be made.
